Chocolate Filled Ice Cream Cones

- 2 store-bought waffle cones
- 2 oz dark chocolate
- ½ tsp coconut oil
Heat the chocolate in the microwave in 15 second increments until the chocolate is mostly melted.
Add the coconut oil and stir. The chocolate should melt completely thanks to the heat of the bowl. If it hasn’t melted completely, place in the microwave again for another 10 seconds.
Take one waffle cone and spoon the chocolate into the cones, coating the insides entirely.
Freeze the cones until the chocolate is solid, about 20 minutes.
Enjoy with your favourite ice cream.
