Chocolate Hazelnut Energy Balls
Energy balls are the perfect little snack to get you through the day. These energy balls are chock full of good stuff like flax, chia and oats and are just sweet enough. I pass one to the hubs when he's having a sweets craving and it completely satisfies him without the guilt factor. Best of both worlds! Feel free to play around with the recipe - if you hate chocolate hazelnut spread, use peanut butter. If you prefer peanuts, throw 'em in and omit the hazelnuts. The world is your oyster.
