Ingredients
4stripsthick cut bacon
¼cupbrown sugar
½tspchilli flakes
½tspcinnamon
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Cover a baking tray with aluminum foil and place a rack on the tray.
On a plate, toss together the brown sugar, chilli flakes and cinnamon.
Dredge each piece of bacon in the brown sugar mixture making sure the bacon is covered with sugar on both sides.
Place the pieces of bacon on the rack.
Bake for 15 minutes, flip then bake for another 15-20 minutes depending on how crispy you like your bacon. Watch the bacon closely towards the end so that the sugar doesn’t burn.
Remove the bacon from the rack and place on a plate to cool slightly before inhaling.
