A Really Good Caesar
In my humble opinion, a Caesar is the perfect summer bevvy. Savoury, salty, and it is typically garnished with a sampler of snacks. What’s more exciting than that?

- 1 lime wedge
- caesar rimmer
- 2 oz gin or vodka
- ½ oz pickle or olive juice
- ½ oz fresh lime juice
- 10 shakes Worcestershire sauce
- ice
- spicy tomato clam juice
- celery stick to garnish
Make a slice in the middle of the flesh of the lime wedge and use it to wet the rim of your glass.
While the rim is still wet, dip it into the caesar rimmer.
To the glass add the gin or vodka, pickle or olive juice, lime juice and Worcestershire sauce.
Stir, add ice and then top with the tomato clam juice.
Garnish with the lime wedge and a celery stick.
